INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RECEIVE CREDIT
There are two ways to view the video and request credit:
1. If you received the flyer and registered for the enduring material, you need to follow the instructions within the portal to complete the activity. Instructions are listed below:
a. Click "Begin Activity" to begin this online activity.
b. The activity content will appear below. When you are ready, press "Play," on the video, to begin the video. Fast forwarding has been disabled. After the video is completed, a button to continue the activity will appear.
c. Click the "Continue Activity" button (visible only after the content is viewed) to continue on to evaluate the course (if applicable), and then receive your credit and a certificate. Once you click this button, it is strongly advisable that you do NOT stop this process until you have been awarded credit at the end. If you do not complete the process after clicking this button, you will need to contact the CME Office in order to receive your credit.
2. If you are viewing the video on YouTube or Media Space:
a. View the entire video and text “Claim 38009” to phone number +1(844)984-4767. You will receive a text with the evaluation survey.
b. After completing the evaluation, you will be able to claim your CME credit(s) on the Certificate Preparation page and print a certificate. Be sure to click on the box beside the session you attended and enter the amount of credit you claim for that session based on your participation. The total amount of credit entered will be calculated at the bottom of the form.
Please note:
• The Office of CME reserves the right to adjust credit awarded as needed, should ineligible credit be claimed.
If you do not choose to claim CME credits and print a certificate, please complete the evaluation anyway, and on the very last slide of the evaluation make this selection: “To exit the survey and see upcoming TTUHSC CME activities”. You will be taken to the CME website and will not receive CME credit or print a certificate.
The evaluation will be available from November 15, 2023, until November 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CST): After this date, if you have not claimed your credit, please contact the CME Office for an alternate method for claiming credit. Should you have problems accessing the evaluation, please contact the CME office at 806-743-2929.
